There should really be a rule against AI crap on this instance.
Eh, I understand why some people hate AI but memes are literally one of the places it would be best suited for. Lots of people have good and funny ideas they want to express but aren’t artistic. None of them are going to hire an artist to make a meme for them for $5 or whatever. AI just allows more people to post their ideas for memes, not just artistic people.
The ChatGPT comics have a very distinct style. It’s a cross between bitmoji and newspaper comics, so I think it’s fine. It’s not trying to be anything good.
Normally I would say have at it and have the downvotes but this is all looking exactly the same as well.
upvote for the joke, but downvote for AI slop.
I think memes are the one good use of AI image generators. I can’t stand the poorly drawn ones with even worse typography.
