The PleaseFix website is shutting down: https://fix.pleasefix.gg/
Looking through the wayback machine, it looks like this shut down happened sometime between now and the last few weeks.
You used to be able to submit tickets for issues with the issue council ticketing system itself.
I was able to get a request in and confirmed for allowing sources other than the currently supported Youtube/Vimeo links. So hopefully we see support for other platforms like Peertube/Odyssee/Twitch.
I’m curious if they will merge this into the RSI website, or if they’re just dropping the public side of it completely.
The link to “report an issue council bug” does point to the RSI issue council website, but there is currently no option for the ticketing system itself.
Didn’t drg’s bug report system depend on pleasefix? Used the pleasefix domain, not their own. It’s a shame they are messing with smaller dev teams like this :(
Edit: nevermind they moved a few months ago
I have never heard of this place, was it very much used? I thought there was only the issue council.
Not very used, but if there were any bugs with the issue council itself, or feature requests for it, you would make them here. I only saw around 1 or 2 tickets every few weeks. Occasionally someone would post a game specific bug instead of going to the issue council for that game.
It’s run by Turbulent, but since they were bought by CIG somewhat recently, they’re probably consolidating websites.
