Most of what you’re asking for is what this group is for. Also, reach out to people if you need help/wanna chat. I’m always available. I would say others from my team’s too but don’t wanna put them on the spot.

I will say this, the best thing you can do is refrain from getting emotionally attached. The more you’re willing to appoint people to share your load, the better. Don’t fool yourself into thinking you have to prop up a community single handedly, sometimes it’s better to let things trickle at their own pace.

Partey hurt us and Arteta was terrible.

Because Partey was missing, Arteta:

• Moved Rice to 6
• Moved Merino to 8
• Disrupted the partnership that Martinelli and Rice built
• Forced Lewis-Skelly to sit
• Made Ødegaard play deeper
• Made Trosaard play centre forward

But Arteta also

• Didn’t practice the new formation against Palace
• Knowing that Ødegaard is out of form, didn’t try Nwaneri in the role
• Despite Nwaneri being a goal threat. Treated him like a pariah on the return of Saka
• Didn’t even try Zinchenko at left back and MLS at 8

I know people want Partey to get a new contract, but I’m absolutely against it. Also given the holes in the squad, we can’t justify buying Isak. We legit need at least 5 signings.
