I’m short AF and I’ve definitely heard that from women but I also dated several women who were taller than me, one of whom by almost a foot. People have preferences and that’s just how it is. If someone isn’t attracted to you there’s not a lot to be done about it but move on and try someone else. It’s usually not a judgement on you as a person, there’s just no attraction there and as much as we would all like to pretend that doesn’t matter, it usually does. I don’t date women I’m not attracted to either so it goes both ways.

If they’re going to have online exams they need to just accept that cheating is going to happen. There’s a million ways to do that in an environment you control. Make the exams open book but make it harder to account for the fact that the students have access to reference materials.

I’d put audio call over video personally. I hate being on camera. It stresses me out so much worse. Also with audio calls they can’t see me multi-tasking.

It wasn’t even just 10th grade… I learned about this shit in grade school, then again in civics class in Jr. High. Then again in American History in high school. Anyone who doesn’t understand the risks here shouldn’t be allowed outside by themselves.

I think so to. I’ve seen a lot of pornography and never encountered a community like that. I think the vast majority of dudes are just skimming the surface and never get into communities about it. Most of the guys i know would think doing so was weird. I had a couple dudes try to show me pictures their girlfriends sent them in the past but I did call them out for that.

If the same person repeatedly makes the same mistake after being corrected it’s fair to think that person might be an asshole.

On mine it was slow from the start. I’d click on a button and it would take 30-45 seconds to do anything. Every time. It took me like 4-5 minutes just to sketch a single rectangle.

I’ve tried FreeCad on several systems and have yet to get it to run well enough to even attempt to use it. It either crashes constantly or just runs like ass.

I also installed Bazzite and am missing several things (or at least have to do more research than I’d like to figure them out). Getting my peripherals working, CAD, system backups, pdfs that won’t open from my file server, etc. The more I get into it the more problems I uncover. It has not been the seamless transition that so many make it out to be. It has worked for the games I’ve tried though.

Yeah, I’m an asshole, I know I’m an asshole, but I do try to not make it a problem for other people and I think watching his show as a kid definitely helped me to be better about that.
