Using a VPN in cases where you’re using your real-life or well-known identity online is unlikely to be useful. Doing so may trigger spam and fraud detection systems, such as if you were to log into your bank’s website.

Generally, in business, it is sensible to provide your customers with what they want. With Twitter, the meme-makers’ favourite billionaire is doing the opposite. The cyber-trucker is trying his best to cull his customer base. Instead of finding gaps in the market, Musk is helping to create them.

We recommend just switching to Brave and disabling the ‘crytpo crap’ yourself rather than using a fork that is liable to go unmaintained and miss updates.
