So I’ll swap some newer tires on there timed with this. Or keep a set of barely used ones. Grab some cheap ones from a car yard. They’d need a lot of strict rules around this.

My town has a small shop that sells mowers and general landscaping equipment, and for a few bucks they’ll also sharpen blades. I just have them do it annually cause I also grew tired of doing it, amd new blades feels wasteful. Maybe you can find a place to sharpen for you cheaply.

You call local general “handyman” for those jobs. Not contractors. Contractors and companies need economies of scale. There are better bigger jobs more worth their time.

For the small jobs, get a local solo person who just fixes random stuff.

Or watch tons of YouTube videos and do it yourself. Especially with the internet, it has become incredibly easy to do a lot yourself if you are decent at problem solving.

Probably should do a new filler story far putside the times of the games, and it should depend on budget. Like doing something about Nords coming to Tamriel may be cheaper than say some Oblivion or Apocrypha type of story, or grand scale Eummerset buildings.
