Whenever I played around with Darktable it seems finding a tutorial to get the effect I wanted was just a minute of searching away, and there’s a ton of beginner tutorials available too.

My understanding is that a lot of tech debt has been removed with the release of 3.0 and I’m hopeful it will make future updates simpler and faster. :)

I’d dare say that unless you’ve already learnt Photoshop (and have to unlearn it) then Darktable+GIMP works fine for home photo editing.
If you’re used to Photoshop and your skills with it is what puts bread on the table… then I completely understand not switching tools.

On the other hand, using bitwarden might require some level of trust. How much should I trust the company to use the free service?
How do I know if my passwords would be safe, not being exposed to the wide net?

Wouldn’t these questions be as true of the VPS service that hosts Vaultwarden as of Bitwarden?
If my internet at home was better I would be selfhosting Vaultwarden and use a full vpn on my laptop/phone/tablet when leaving the house.
Now I’m using KeepassXC with my home pc as the true source and syncing copies of the database to my laptop and phone.

There are bait boxes that you can put in the ant trails/highways. I think they’re called Ameisen köderdose in german. Much less cleanup compared to granulates/powder that you pour out.

It would be a horror if they find the pet bowl with food in there, or the trash can.

If you don’t remove them from your balcony that horror will become reality, sooner or later.
I don’t mind having ants in my garden, but when it’s next to the house I do remove them. It’s way easier to nip it in the bud then having house guests.

I went for an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT when I built my machine and I dearly regret not aiming for 16GB memory on my GPU. Even when playing at 1080p I’ve had games fill my GPU memory and then crawl to a halt for a short while until enough memory has been freed.
AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT is supposed to be released in the middle of May and will come in both 8GB and 16GB flavours. I’d aim for the one with 16GB even if the estimated price point is $330-$380 according to the sites I’ve checked.

TreeSize Free (Portable), versions older than 4.7.3 can run on Windows Server and still work just fine. They added a restriction on 4.7.3 that disallows server OS.

I would recommend trying out Cockpit (Github) and Portainer (Github).
Cockpit gives you a WebUI for Linux and Portainer gives you a WebUI for Docker.
Personally I usually run Debian Stable for servers, but choice of distro matters little if you run stuff as Docker containers.

Yeah, now that I got the storage I save a whole lot more locally. GOG offline installers is probably the largest folder on my NAS though. :)
