I’m struggling with changing sleep meds right now. Self medicating short term hoping I shake off the tolerance build up and my old one works again soon. Dr gave me doxepin to try but geodon fights against the H1 receptors hard. Nothing works that way with me. :(

I was ghosted this week after a lovely 10 days. Moved onto greener pastures. New boyfriend in the makings now. Was prescribed doxepin to help with sleep and it doesn’t. Self medicating as I type. :(
