I second this but be sure to read it’s description:

In most cases, the add-on just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. Not that i saw this exact thing coming but I do notice the recent changes many big companies make and i feel a lot more comfortable with staying on a community moderated platform even if it means making my life slightly more inconvenient.

Using neovim, hosting on Codeberg and so on just makes me feel a lot more comfortable.

Also every major browser has a tool for timing and seing how long a site and it’s components load. You could test it with that but even then; load times will vary slightly depending on what the instances have to load.

But probably a better way than pings ¯_(ツ)_/¯
