I thought i was going crazy seeing all these posts to that community and then seeing their history include AI art. Glad they finally got removed.

I love Neal, he is one of my favorite authors, but let’s be real - he very often has trouble landing the plane, and his third acts get wonky and disjointed. Picking apart the specific language of this critique feels a little shallow on his part.

Why would anyone want to use a public steam group anyway. Not defending this turd but if you can’t self-filter unmoderated spaces it’s best to just stay out of them, it’s not sustainable for every last corner of the internet to be actively and aggressively moderated in real time.

This is the root of the problem, isn’t it? When someone proves you wrong, and you persist despite evidence to the contrary, that’s pretty stupid, right? This high school debate sophistry that Kirk and his contemporaries engage in isn’t a good faith discussion and most of his audience isn’t equipped with the critical thinking skills to understand that.

Three Houses just stapled a Persona downtime system to FE. Great game, but they didn’t have to copy-paste it over and over again to make more compelling games. If you look back through the series there are a lot of great games with different paradigms.

I do agree that Engage was garbage though. Gameplay wise it seemed really solid but I couldn’t get past how bad the story and writing was.

I’ve driven in a lot of places and MA isn’t really any worse than anywhere else I’ve driven. CT is way worse in terms of sucky drivers IMO
