Only if you really want it to be different is it different. The reality is, it’s not. Words have meaning and 1/8th is not enormous. It’s literally a small fraction of the total.

That’s the opposite experience I’ve had. My Tesla has been flawless. Zero panel gaps, zero problems and it’s a blast to drive while being whisper quiet and ultra-cheap to maintain and drive. The supervised Full Self Driving is nothing short of impressive as it will signal, lane change, stop, merge and yield better than 95% of drivers out there. The Tesla supercharger network is the icing on the cake. They’re everywhere, they’re fast and trouble-free. The only real problem with Tesla is Elon himself. He’s such a fucking loser it’s annoying to be tied to him but I just think of all the good Tesla engineers and employees and I just don’t care who the CEO is anymore. People hate Jeff Bezos but they still use Amazon and people never liked Bill Gates or Steve Jobs but Microsoft and Apple are ultra popular. Now it seems Tesla will boot him as CEO and ideally buy him out. That would be ideal.
Nope. I don’t waste my time when I know the person I’m replying to is so wrong on so many levels. It’s like trying to argue with a flat earther or an anti-vaxxer. They’re beyond help.
Godwin’s law strikes again.
You’d rather convert vegetables into oil for diesel fuel than to eat them?
I don’t know what the threshold would be… but it would have to be over 50%. If I own 13% of my house, I wouldn’t say I own an enormous amount. I would I own 1/8th my house, which is pretty meagre.
Tribalism. Rachel Notley did great things in Alberta but she was not Conservative so everything she did was labelled bad. Trudeau pays $4B for a pipeline in AB and they still say Trudeau is anti-oil… You just can’t win with Conservatives.
There’s far too much misinformation in your post to bother. You clearly know very little about EV’s and how they work.
I was commenting on your stupid comment, you dolt. Are you trying to be as insufferable as Elon?
There are many people on social media that review EV cars so I don’t have to own every single one to know what’s the best one to buy.
That’s such a stupid take it just makes me laugh.
It’s under 13% so while he’s the largest single owner, he still doesn’t own an enormous amount. He could easily be bought out.
As of February 28, 2025, Elon Musk owns approximately 12.8% of Tesla
This is the best case scenario.

12.8% is not an enormous portion. It’s shocking how easily people spread misinformation.
I love my Tesla and have zero issues with it. Sure I think Elon’s a moron but I won’t let that fact stop me from enjoying an awesome car.
They are the best EV out there, despite all the shit you hear about from people who’ve never driven or owned one.
You’d think so but he’s clearly worked up because his team didn’t win the big game so he’s always thinking of ways to prevent him from choosing the wrong team.
Imagine if the Toronto Maple Leafs quit the NHL because they didn’t win the Stanley cup. Who the fuck are they going to play now lol?
More likely is the Conservatives will split back into 2 parties. The Progressives vs the Reformers.
BC is Pacific, not the west. Alberta is the west.
Dude in my gym just brought it up. Says we can sign a petition and if we get 10% of the population to sign it, the government will make a referendum and we can all vote on it. He doesn’t think Alberta would have to pay back anything like highways, airports, banks and our share of the Canadian debt. Also thinks we can use the USD instead of the CAD which I find funny.
Perhaps that’s a local problem as I’ve never had to wait more than 5m for a drive through.
