Next time it will be “Due Process is for those who deserve it”.
Next time it will be “Due Process is for those who deserve it”.
I did not know this … it is both awesome and interesting.
I think the act of being sworn in should also be on one’s passport, give it more weight that if you break the oath you lose the citizenship.
He was thinking of the concepts of his own constitution, not the current one…
Is that tiger sniffing her hair?
It’s not hard to see at all.
It just is difficult to watch.
Things start with the term “build evidence”, coined by a shady business, that should be a red flag in itself, especially in the current political-liar environment.
But any low effort thought on this makes it clear that suffering, children’s thought control and reliance on the state are the exact things they want. Education will be gutted and changed into a propaganda machine…
Very cheap and dumb indentured labor is needed in the future for the Trump regime to stay in power.
It’s worse, they still want the consumer to believe it is “chayna” who is raising the prices beyond the reasonable. This all so they can keep pointing their finger at “the enemy” for ripping off the consumer.
But when US based companies start listing the tariff rates separately, the imagined enemy vanishes like smoke…
I barely hear a very soft voice echoing away into silence:
“… the military is prohibited to operate on US soil in acts of enforcing law against its citizens …”
I almost say do it, triple-double-multiplier tariff added on everything! From water to bathroom visits to minutes of watched television, sodas to butter, corn to newspapers, even icecubes must not escape tariffs to make the country great again…
Then I give it 6 months, after which I suspect personal hells will open up…
Say, what about sales taxes eh? Seems those remain, hmm, so it’s actually a tariff on top of taxes?
They did more than influence the past election, and have plans to do the same in the upcoming ones… so ofcourse any regulation against these plans must be taken away.
Yeah uhm the word “migrants” is written on a removable label … fill in whichever citizen category you want to drag out of their houses…
Why not both? Add in a bit of malice as well…
It’s still his style of thinking “a deal needs a winner and a loser”.
Only the US will definitely be the loser as it goes bankrupt.
Problem is he disregards the rest of the world owning a piece of the US, from real estate to dollar value or gold reserves (which might get robbed by Trump as well if he raises the gold reserve’s value, he will claim “our” gold is worth 3x now but we will only count the original value of your stored gold).
So as an option Trump can confiscate foreign held real estate in the US (communism, anyone?) and perhaps deny anyone the debt owed them, or tank the dollar value to introduce a new Trumpcurrency … but that does not rebuild any of the lost trust and respect, the world will see the US forever as a derelict and creditless country which does not pay its debts. The now decimated amount of trade will be on the premise of pay first then we deliver.
Combine this with seriously reduced tax income, because the rich and companies still won’t need to pay taxes, and the US will not have any income to actually warrant a positive growth on the economic balance. Which in effect pushes it in the same deep debt situation it is now in and most likely far beyond.
After he tanks the system, internationally things will NEVER be the same, no matter how much Trump thinks it will be.
Granted, as it is now the US is and has been living far beyond its means, and a good restructuring is needed to reduce the enormous debt.
But the way Trump and the whole political system want to do it is not helping at all.
To get out of such a debt one needs to take a hard look at the biggest expenditures (defense and the wages of the top everywhere) and imbalances of income (taxes).
“It’s just a few months of pain, then America will be great again!”
He still seems to be stuck in the past, ranting about things and feigned enemies that are no longer direct issues.
It’s kind of ironic … by electing Trump again the US immediately fell off the “ladder of influence”.
Putin taunts the US and controls its leader, Chaina fully resists the bullshit and looks down upon America, Europe no longer trusts its ally and is the one doing what is right.
Iran smirks and does its own thing, especially after Trump now is scrambling to undo his own torpedo’ing of the Nuclear accord in his first term.
Israel is going berserk on Gaza with approval by Trump, thinking it is setting an example against a Nuclear attack from Iran, assuming other Muslim states will forget about Gaza.
Meanwhile the Republicans have almost gleefully shown the world they crippled the American lady justice, made her homeless and ignore her plight to uphold the laws and constitution of the land.
Is this how Trump makes America great?
Alas, the protests so far are smirked at and largely ignored. I do hope the protests gain traction and become a force to reckon with…
So far I see a very lackluster lineup.
Just send Trump a bill for decades of non payment of use of the grounds on which the bases are located.
To use Trump’s own business-tactics against him: it was prime real estate ground worth billions that the bases blocked the development of … no exclusive reason those troops only had to be on land, could have kept a fleet on standby in the ocean or something.
What standards? Trump’s standards would just be some steel plating, drafty steel bars and a shed or two.
Edit:
Perhaps he wants to raze the current buildings, and put a full on drafty camp on there.
