I love games, gamification and chat roleplaying, socializing with people, volunteering, different lists and difficult topics!

  • Power and money are easily the biggest goals and wants that lots of people have.

    But I do (still) trust in the goodness of men.
    I’d argue that e.g. an open source system could have a (more) benevolent cause and help someone with these problems without using data (gained) for profit.

    No surveillance (or monitoring) and no data gathering means you cannot see how good/bad something (such as a behavior) is. And in such a situation it’s difficult to come up with tools to help, if there’s “no problem to give help to”.
    (One can always self-monitor e.g. time spent in an app)

    Do not be afraid to ask help if you’re in a tight spot. Family, friends, professionals or other people that could help you out.

    Use different outlets to discharge bad feelings. Write, paint, chop wood, scream in the forest. Watch soothing popculture material that helps you to deal with the same topics.
