I’ve been doing well with herbal teas too, my lemon blend pairs decent. I add sugar to all my teas as well so I barely taste any salt.

Edit: Your question gave me a new question because I do intermitting fasting. Went down a rabbit hole and it turns out I’ve probably been giving myself low sodium levels for a while and therefore lower energy levels by intermitting fasting. I still think the pinch of sodium in teas can help a variety of situations but do so at what you think is best for your health.

Here’s a /c/dullmensclub thing I learned lately, staying hydrated will give you more energy. So I’ve been doing cups of tea with a pinch of salt for the electrolytes and then sip on water in between. The hell of it is it works but my adhd ass will forget and I’ll have to rediscover this simple shit if I can’t at least habit stack it.

I forgot to mention this mod isn’t 100% finished yet, it only goes about to the start of bombardment. I was so impressed by what has been done so far I thought it was worth mentioning despite that. Hopefully by the time you are ready to do another play through they’ll be done.

There are new, hidden, and redone areas. They made it so that you go from training to the first chapter. Tram ride isn’t done yet from what I’ve seen. You have the option to swap between wrench, crowbar, and knife at different points. There is light shaft work. Some little details like functionally light switches and rooms with what is basically asmr half life noises. Enemies have new attacks if select extended difficulty. Its a long list Im sure I left out something.

My goal this spring summer fall is to find supplemental food that can be expanded as needed depending on how things go. So I’m starting out with spinach, potatoes, and lentils if they are simple enough. In addition to that I’m trying to find a couple multi use herbs for some basic treatments and seasoning … Found This book list that may have a decent book on that.

I’m learning to subsistence farm, so I’m not arguing.
