Mhm would you say that one could use GnomeOS in production or is it still for just evaluating the latest GNOME?
They still recommend not using it for anything important:
Bad things may happen if you use it in production.

Yeah but I think they are turning it into a real diestro, like KDE, they are making an immutable one.
They’ve had an image for years, but I don’t think it was a live boot image.
