I’m too young to work, shower, use skincare, cook, manage finances, etc but I’m too old for everything childish. And of course doing nothing at all makes me a burden.
I enjoyed learning random stuff back then, there’s tons of things on youtube
You’re not too old for stuff. Heck, I’m nearly 30 and I enjoy the occasional children’s video game. Screw people who tell you that you can’t just do what you like.
Tho given your age, I get you may want to do those by yourself
I’m guessing you’re somewhere between 12 and 15. It’s a weird in-between age that everyone kinda accepts as crappy later in life. Sounds like you are frustrated with your situation and your point of view is valid, but might not have all the information.
There are so many different things to occupy your time with. You’ve got creative pursuits like graphic design, painting, sculpting, and intellectual pursuits like learning/studying or playing games like chess.
This, like most frustrations with growing up, will pass in time. Find something you enjoy doing for the sake of doing it and invest your time there. Hobbies are cool.
I’m 27 🤜🧱🩸 just misdiagnosed with a stupid meaningless word at 5 years old and was neglected by parents who gave up on me since there was Nothing That Could Be Done about a child that showed signs of being bullied by its relatives and sexually assaulted by its father. Nothing could be done because nothing ever happened! And today I’m still the Little RWord and regardless of what I do regardless of my age it’s a little kid trying to act grown and it’s funny.
