Speeding access to research results will support NIH's goal of maximum transparency.

IIUC, this means publishers can no longer paywall research funded by the National Institute of Health, starting July 1.

    Research gets paid for by the NIH but they don’t get acces, the research instead pays someone else so they can be paywalled. Hopefully this will become successful.
