    A friend of mine was given a laptop with a busted screen. Almost ⅓ of the screen was a garbled useless mess.

    He couldn’t afford a new screen, so what did he do? He tossed it in the freezer overnight 😂🤣

    And I’ll be damned if it didn’t significantly improve the situation. Sure that does absolutely nothing to fix the cracks, but it sure did make the screen about 98% visible and usable after that.

    Go figure 🤷

      Probably made his hands hurt less since it was cold. Or more.

        Huh? I’m confused.

        It wasn’t a touchscreen laptop if that’s what you’re thinking, it was a busted LCD.

            It wasn’t like he left it in the freezer, the screen kept the much improved condition even after it fully thawed out and reached room temperature.

            I told him to count himself lucky and set it on a table or desk and if at all possible, never flex the screen hinges again.
